One Can Of Whoopass

So yeah this ish is fo reals. Whoopass energy drink. You could only imagine the str8 giggles I got when I came across this product at my J.O. Note the USA on the knuckles and the serve chilled at the bottom...LMMFAO!
So you wanna can of whoopass? It taste aaight allthough I'm still impartial to good ol' Red Bull and take preference to many shots of espresso if I need my caffine injection.
So, I didn't have to pull out a can of whoopass when I went to the Dean of Students to discuss an issue I previously mentioned in a past post. Yeah, I had to go to the man to discuss the "no children on campus" policy that was not clearly stated in my student handbook. Actually I served it chilled and presented myself quite positively and eloquently I must say. I'm quite proud of my demeanor whilst speaking with the Dean of Students. I had no reason to flash but was quite amused that he had contacted the schools lawyers as well as dug up some information stated in the catalog and handbook that did not specifically apply to my situation, by any means. The outcome was amicable and progressive. See this school has little to no exposure to student like myself. There is a very small population of non-traditional students and even smaller population of student who are parents...thus I am somewhat of an anomaly but not completely. So the outcome was that I speak to my department heads, which was already on my list. They can give me special permission to allow my supa-chile in particular buildings during off hours. (((SMILE))). I don't think this will be a problem by any means. He also further explained that lest year the policy was amended with this solution when other parents at a Student Forum addressed the issue. Prior to them brining it to the attention of the administration it was a strict policy. I am relieved and thankful to those that preceded me and made a small change which will allow my foot in the door to continue to make my higher education a lot more prolific. Give thanks for those that made a difference. I feel there is more of a chance to make a difference and set a new standard for what your usual art school student is and looks like. The Dean of Students wasn't the bad guy I had initially assumed he would be. He acutally was very encouraging and informative and appeared appreciative of my motivation and determination. Today, I don't absolutely loathe the administration because the actually listened to me and are affording me an opportunity to bend the rules, just a little.

Oh, I can't forget to mention the 2 lovely strangers that keep coming up to me saying...
"You know who you look like?"
I reply, "Yeah, Vivica Fox. I've been told that.
Well I guess the eating habit reform is working (ie the 25lb shake down). This has happened more regularly in the past year. I can recall once eating out and having a sistah come up to my table with all that...Lawd. I must say that I don't think I favor Viv much at all outside of the shape of my face. But, when I retort with that folks go into thier justification sphiel. I'll just take it as a compliment...(of which I don't do very well with in the first place). But word! with exception to the whole 50 incident I think Viv is pretty fresh.
But I must say I had a lovely glazing of my ego today.
heehaw!
