Supafresh Sunday
Well today was one of those winners. And after this past week lawd knew my youngin and me could use one of these type of days. Productive and laid back. Between my procrastination to clean up the crib, cooking strike, the usual funds issues, moving anxieties, I was needing a good day. I can't even say that my subtle depression wasn't sparked by that punk getting back into office...but I aint going there.
Started off by cleaning my sty something major. It helped that I had motivated my daughter with a promise to go see The Incredibles. Damn she even cleanned the bathroom.
Fresh flick for the kiddies and the grownfolk alike. Loved the soundtrack as well as the late 50's or type 60's feel of it. Loved "Frozone" voiced by Samuel Jackson. Ice man gets to be a brother...yeah. Great backgrounds, colors, engaging story..all that good ish. Twas a fresh movie ***** stars yall. Go check it out. It's worth paying the money and seeing it in the movie theatre.
I came home and made some awesome hummus to break fast with. The capper was the banging dinner. Watched my weekly show. And it's all good.
I also realized after reading THIS (<---click) I realized I ain't going no where for a minute. *sigh*
So I'm sitting here punching these keys thinking...

As I listen to The Love Below after giving that one a break for quite some time. Had bumped certain songs so much and neglected others it's almost like listening to it for the first time since I'm giving it attention in it's entirety.
