Orange Jumpsuits?!

Can someone restrain my wonder?
As I write this they are playing
Bombs Over Baghdad on CNN for the sports report...WTF?
Where are these "terrorist" getting UNITED STATES prison/jail jumpsuits from? (U.S.? - I got a Long Kiss Goodnight theory I won't elaborate on as an answer)
What is the symbolism in captives/hostages, especially
those that are being beheaded, wearing these jumpsuits?
(note the musical theatrics with orange jumpsuits[layman's importance]):

I have close relatives
that I've visited many times over years
as they wear "orange jumpsuits"
with white stretch-side skip shoes.
These men that are gettin beheaded are
just making me think of my peoples on lock down.

So where is the connection between kidnapped-beheaded-hostages

My mother told me (years ago)
that if our country is put under Marshall Law

They will kill those that are incarcerated in prisons.
