it's been a long time since Z & eye have seen it
and the reminder of its lessons are good for the soul.

I'm not feeling as moody but still a lil put out.
I'm regaining some of the energy loss.
People, circumstance and life can be quite draining at times.
Makes you loose balance and pick up bad spiritual habits.

I'm averaging 3.25 mi. in 45 minutes (running) 5 days a week.
I've figured that where I use to pack my life and
literally run away from sh*t,
I should replace that with literally running...in place.
I luv the treadmill these days.
People at the gym think I'm crazy with my bipedal serenade
a mix of Res and Mob Deep (today).
Getting more physical has surely been good.

Now if only I could get the supernatural kinetics
to keep up with my feet.
