Savannah Weekend

I love the spanish moss.
I love the 90 degree daily weather.
I love the boiled peanuts.
I love being a yankee here most of the time.
I love Wet Willies Superman daqiri's.
I love the low cost of living.
I love living 20 minutes from the beach.

This weekend was the pace of an alice coltrane cut. At points it can be somewhat sureal here in the deep south. Saturday my youngun & eye went to the local boxing gyms free fight on River Street. Nothing too spectacular but exciting none the lease. I enjoy seeing folks in the ring whuppin @$$ and gettin whup'd. Z and I were lucky enough to get ringside tickets given to us by some white guys in the crowd. Whupeeeeeee. We had a ball.

Our weekend was capped off by a late swim at the beach Sunday.
Which is always relaxing and settling way to jump into the week. ahhhh the simple things.
